The True Stories of  Nichiren Shoshu Buddhism

Those who practice Lotus Sutra are protected by Buddha wherever you are or whenever.
One of the benefits is as follows “Large Fire never burns your body and your body will never be followed by large water”
We were informed that all our members were safe after every disaster.
The following stories are all true.

Case 1. Nepal earthquake

Around 9,000 people died
Nearly 220,000 injured

Most of the buildings had collapsed and many people  were not only injured many died as well.
However 21,307 members of our Buddhism  and their each families were completely safe. However only 4 people were not yet our members  that died who were going to hold the ceremony to join us. 

Case 2. Great Hanshin Awaji Major fire

6,402 people died
43,792 people injured

One of our members was a taxi driver. 
He always drove on the same street every early morning.
But he changed his mind suddenly even if he wasn’t thinking  and he didn’t.
The street had collapsed by the earthquake.
So he could save his life safely at this time. 

Case ３. Sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway

March 20th 1995
13 people died
About 6,300 people injured

A man one of our members had overslept that morning.
He had to go to work.
So he rushed on the last car of the subway.
If he got on the daily car, he could have died for sure.
He saved his life. 

Case 4.  Synchronized terrorist attacks in New York

New York ,USA
September 11th 1999
3,025 people died
6,291 injured

A Japanese man who were one of our members worked for the company in the twin buildings every day.
One day, he didn’t feel very well, the he was absent from work.
That was the day on September 11th.
He save his life.
Another one of our members, an American woman who was awarded by Mayor of New York City for relief activities. 

Case 5.  Kanto and Tohoku heavy rain

September 9th to 11th 2015
14 people died
75 people injured

About 4,000 houses were broken or collapsed completely. The levee of the Kido river was broken by the high waters, so many houses were in the area of the river by 10 minutes. While the houses were flowing one after another into the high waters in a moment, there was a couple evacuating on the roof of the house.

They were later helped by the helicopter rescue teams at once.
There was a wide audience watching the situation  on the TV news at the time it occurred.
That couple were members of the Nichiren Shoshu.
